Our time on this earth is ever so very short! Unfortunately, so many creative, ambitious, intelligent minds, overwhelmed by the size of the mountain ahead, the obstacles encountered along the way, or worst of all, lacking the courage to take the first step, set aside and never pursue their dreams.
Through an entertaining story of his life as an elite athlete, Xavier de Anda, a self-proclaimed goal junky, shares the power of a simple yet powerful five-step approach to setting, pursuing, and reaching any goal, big or small.
Xavier de Anda, born in Mexico City, grew up a track and field sprinter under the influence and guidance of his grandfather, a Hall of Famer and ex-Olympian of the 1930s. Encountering adversity along the way, Xavier reinvented himself in the quest to one day race on an international stage, eventually reaching the Triathlon World Championships. Today, in his never-ending pursuit of living a meaningful life, Xavier is a healthcare technology development and innovation leader and lives in San Diego, California.
